The Road to Recovery...

I just thought I'd share...
I fit into a pair of my pre-pregnancy pants today. WOOT! Granted they were my "bloated" pants but hey...I'll take it. I'm 14 ounds above my starting weight but only 6 above my target weight. Yeah!! I'm on my way.....

Here we go again...

For those of you who don't know, Rye got her hair cut again. She's been asking for a while and I finally gave in. We both love it. It really shows off her eyes...which we all know are GORGEOUS! She's alot like her Mommy...always growing it out, cutting it off, growing it out and so on. Though she did ask this time if she can keep getting it cut short. I guess we'll see if she can stick to a haircut better than her Mommy can. ;)

Mommy Time

As much as I miss Rye when she's at school...it's nice to have some time with just Roo. I can't wait until she can interact with me more.

Look-a-Likes

Alright, I have this key chain from when Eric was a baby. Minus the fact that she has "girl-sized" features, it looks just like Roo. My MIL said the same thing. I scanned the bigger copy of the photo I have to show you all. I don't have a pic of her with the exact angles but hopefully you can see the similarities.
She even has her Daddy's "halo" of hair...can you see it? Hers is mainly after her bath though. It just cracks me up.
And here is a picture that is just cute. She's getting so big. I've had to move her from her just born footie-jamas to her 0-3 month size. I can't believe how fast she's growing.

What I'm thankful for...

I know I'm a few days late but everything happens late when you have a new born. Just wanted to say Happy Turkey Day to all. And to say that what I am most thankful for...is FAMILY!

So....Joey has officially joined the family. She arrived on the 30th at 831 in the morning. She weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and she was 18 1/2 inches long. It was a good day. I don't really want to go into all the details, I will later but I wanted to put some pictures up here for all the family. This first set is right after she came. I was surprised I could push as I couldn't feel anything below my boobs. Her nose is a little crooked as she came out face up, wanted to be seen right from the start.
